My coaching philosophy is that we're already whole, and that a skilled coach or a coach with group of peers can help us get un-stuck from what's preventing us from seeing or experiencing that wholeness. In practical, simplified terms that looks like discovering blindspots and exploring the edges of what feels risky, knowing that there is a more free, more empowered state of being on the other side. The personal transformation that can occur in a coaching engagement is what inspires me to coach.
I spent the last 10 years in startup leadership roles and became interested in coaching several years back when I joined the Conscious Leadership Group as a forum member — a group coaching context. I went on to get certified as an Integral Coach through New Ventures West, and continue to train in other methodologies.

1. I have over a decade of experience in tech, serving as VP of Product and President of a startup that I co-founded, and Head of Product of another. My deep experience in both leadership and individual contributor roles allows me to understand a variety of business contexts and interpersonal dynamics.
2. I bring a diversity of coaching training and personal experience that I'll tailor to your unique situation. I've been a practicing forum member of the Conscious Leadership Group since 2019, am a certified Integral Coach, and am trained in Aletheia Unfoldment, all which utilize the Enneagram as an entry point to discovering the blindspots of each personality type.
3. I believe that we are each whole already, and from that place I'll be your biggest supporter in helping you get to where you want to be.
